How to apply for PCGSLAI membership



Active

• Fill out membership form

• Submit the following requirements:

    Proof of Eligibility (CAD or Enlistment or Retirement Order or Appointment letter) 2x2 ID picture

      PCG ID or any Government issued ID

      Certification of Employment or any proof of residency
• Face to face contact or thru video call via Viber at 0917-633-63-45

• Initial deposit of P1,000.00 & P100.00 for membership fee.
